Pick-up of clothes
Book clothing pickup →- Smaller items (e.g. shirts, knitwear): typically 30-70 kr.
- Outerwear, blazers, jackets: typically 100-200 kr.
- Sets, coats and particularly sought-after styles: typically 150-200 kr.
These are indicative prices (not fixed prices). The final value may be higher or lower depending on condition, brand and demand.

Hand in clothes piece by piece →When you hand in your clothes piece by piece, you will receive an immediate assessment per piece of clothing. Example:
- Ralph Lauren shirt: 100 kr
- GANT blazer: 300 kr.
- Eton tie: 100 kr.

What is the difference between pickup and drop-off?
Collection is the easy solution : we pick up your clothes and assess them together.
Consignment is the thorough solution : you upload each item separately and get value per piece of clothing.
When should I choose pickup?
Choose pickup if you:
- Have a lot of clothes
- Will save time and hassle
- Want a simple process without uploading and sorting
When should I choose submission?
Choose submission if you:
- Have fewer, selected pieces of clothing
- Want the highest possible value
- Want to upload and deliver the clothes yourself
What will I be paid – and how?
You always receive a digital voucher for Grade A Copenhagen , which can be used both online on our webshop and in our store in Copenhagen.
What happens if my clothes can't be sold?
If the clothing does not meet our criteria:
- When picking up: You pick up your clothes yourself in our store, or you book a return for 300 kr.
- When submitting: It will not be accepted in the assessment. If you have already submitted your clothing and your clothing is not approved after the final quality check, you must pick up your clothing again.
Can I change my mind after I have said yes or no?
Once you have accepted or rejected an offer, the decision is final and cannot be reversed.
This ensures fairness for both you and us, and it makes the trading process efficient, manageable and transparent.
What clothes do you receive?
We buy:
- Clothes in good condition
- Clothing from well-known brands, which we sell ourselves
- Clothing in the style we sell ourselves
Worn, damaged, outdated clothing and fast-fashion brands are rejected.
How long does the process take?
- Pickup: Fastest - we handle everything
- Submission: Longer - but more detailed
The exact time depends on quantity and quality.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
You always have the right to reject our offer, both for pickup and delivery.
