    Fill out the form. You will see an instant estimate of the voucher value you can get for your clothes.

  • 2. Drop off your clothes at our store

    You hand in all your approved clothing items at our store at HC Ørsteds Vej 22D, 1879 Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.

  • 3. Use your voucher in our store and webshop

    After final quality assurance, you will receive your voucher for our store and webshop.

  • 1. Du udfylder og indsender form

    Udfyld formularen ved at registrér dit tøj. Du får straks et beregnet et foreløbigt estimat for voucherværdi, som dit indleverede tøj potentielt kan give dig. Når du har udfyldt formen, indsender du den.

  • 2. Vi gennemgår din anmodning

    Vi gennemgår det tøj, du har registreret i formen. Du modtager herefter en mail fra os med svar på, hvilket tøj vi gerne vil købe af dig. Er der sket ændringer i værdiansættelse, kan du se det i e-mailen.

  • 3. Du overdrager dit tøj til os

    Du bestemmer, hvordan du vil indlevere dit tøj:

    1) Du indleverer selv dit tøj i vores butik på H.C. Ørsteds Vej 22D, 1879 Frederiksberg, København. Eller

    2) Du indsender dit tøj for 59 kr. (alt inklusiv). Vi sender et link, så du let kan købe pakkelabel. Eller

    3) Vi afhenter dit tøj for 129 kr. (alt inklusiv) på en adresse i København. Vi sender et link, så du let kan booke afhentning

  • 4. Vi foretager et sidste kvalitetscheck

    Når vi har modtaget dit tøj, foretager vi en endelige vurdering og kvalitetscheck (blot som en formalitet), og du modtager herefter endelig bekræftelse.

  • 5. Brug din voucher til vores butik og webshop

    Tillykke - du har solgt di tøj til os! Du modtager en voucher, som du kan bruge til køb af tøj i vores butik og på vores webshop.

  • (6. Få dit tøj retur, som vi ikke kan købe

    I den utænkelige situation, at noget af dit tøj ikke kan købes af os, er det helt enkelt at få tøjet retur igen. Du kan enten afhente dit tøj i vores butik eller købe returforsendelse for 59 kr. (alt inklusiv)

1. Submit your request online

Fill out the form and register your clothing. You will immediately receive a preliminary estimate of the voucher value that your submitted clothing can potentially earn you, as well as a unique submission ID in your confirmation email.

2. We review your request

Within normally 2 business days you will receive an answer on which of your registered clothing items we can accept.

3. Drop off your items at our store

You drop off all your approved clothing items at our store at HC Ørsteds Vej 22D, 1879 Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.

4. Congratulations! You can now use your voucher in our store and webshop.

Once we have received your clothing items, we will conduct a final assessment and quality assurance, and within normally two business days you will receive final confirmation and a voucher for our store and webshop.

(5. Collect your non-approved clothing items)

In the unlikely event that some of your clothing items cannot be accepted by us, you will be informed and you can pick up your non-approved clothing items in our store. You will then be paid your voucher for the remaining clothing items that we accept.

How easy is it to register your clothes for delivery?

Incredibly easy!

Simply fill out the form on this page, describing the clothing items you wish to return. We will get back to you quickly with a response, letting you know which of your clothing items you can return to our store.
Are there fixed prices I can get for my returned clothes?

Yes!

When you register your clothes in the form, you can immediately see what you can get for each piece of clothing, if we can accept it. This makes it much easier and simpler for you.
What happens after I submit my request?

Once you have submitted the form, we will assess which of your clothing items we can accept. You will then receive a notification about which items you can return – including an estimated voucher value for each item.
What brands can I submit?

Clothing brands listed in the form: You will find brands that we accept when you register your clothing in the form.

Clothing in very good condition: Your clothing must be in very good condition or above, e.g. new without tags and new with tags.

Clothing that matches our style universe: Your clothing must match our current selection of clothing.

What I CANNOT submit:

Clothing brands that are NOT listed in the form: You can only register and submit clothing from brands that you find on the list.

Clothing types and categories that are NOT listed in the form: You can only register and submit clothing types and categories that you find on the list.

Clothes with holes: Be absolutely sure that the clothes you return do not have holes.

Clothes with stains and dirt: Your clothes must be completely clean, without stains and other dirt

Clothing with obvious wear: Your clothing must not have obvious signs of wear and tear.

Clothes that smell: Your clothes should have a neutral scent and should not smell earthy, smell of smoke or the like.
How quickly will I receive a response to my submission?

We will aim to respond to you within two business days. You will receive an email as soon as we have reviewed your request.
How does the voucher I get for my clothes work?

Once you have submitted your clothing items and they are finally approved, you will receive a voucher that you can use at Grade A Copenhagen - both online and in the store.
What happens when I drop off the clothes at the store?

When you submit your approved items, we will briefly review them to ensure that the condition matches what you have specified. We will then confirm the assessment and send you your voucher.
What happens if some of my submitted clothing is not approved?

If any items do not meet our criteria, you will be notified before you drop them off. You can then choose to take them home or have us donate them to charity.
Can I get my items back if I change my mind?

Yes, you can always cancel the process as long as the clothes have not been delivered to the store. Once the clothes have been delivered and assessed, ownership is transferred to Grade A Copenhagen.
What happens if I forget to pick up clothes that we cannot accept?

If you have submitted clothing items that we cannot accept, we will notify you within two business days. You then have 10 business days to collect your non-approved clothing items, and we will send you friendly reminders.

We receive an incredible number of deliveries. If the clothes are not picked up within 10 business days, we are unfortunately forced to dispose of your uncollected clothing items sustainably and appropriately - both so that we avoid a lack of space and so that nothing goes to waste.
Why should I hand in my clothes to Grade A Copenhagen?

Because you get more out of it – both financially and environmentally. You give your clothes new life, support a circular wardrobe and at the same time get a voucher to shop for something you really love.
