Exchange service - secondhand, which can be exchanged

It must be safe to shop at Grade A Copenhagen, and secondhand goods must be exchangeable!

You can't always hit the mark with your purchase or with your gift - so you should of course be able to exchange and return your purchase.

At Grade A Copenhagen you have a 14-day right of return from the day of receipt.

The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, and returned with the original label with the item number and in the original packaging.

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return. After processing, you will receive an email with a return receipt and the refund amount will be disbursed. The refund takes between 2-10 business days depending on the payment method and bank.
