Generally
Grade A Copenhagen's terms and conditions are based on the Danish Sales Act.
Products
Grade A Copenhagen sells vintage and second-hand clothing and accessories. All items are carefully selected with quality and sustainability in mind. Grade A Copenhagen offers selected items, which are often unique and therefore only available in one size and one variant.
Payment
Grade A Copenhagen uses common payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay as payment providers.
By paying and completing an order, you accept Grade A Copenhagen's terms and conditions (as explained on this page).
Payment for an order is made when the order is shipped.
Personal information
You can safely shop with Grade A Copenhagen.
Grade A Copenhagen processes personal data in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act. This is done with the utmost respect and integrity, and no personal information will be passed on to third parties. We register information about you so that you can purchase goods, which includes personal information: Name, address, email address and telephone number. Your personal information is only stored for the period required to execute an order. If you have any questions about personal data, you can contact us here.
Delivery
Items purchased on gradeacopenhagen.com are shipped and delivered to Denmark and countries in the EU. We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery in Denmark
Delivery to a parcel shop is for DKK 49 and to a private address for DKK 69. For purchases over DKK 499, delivery to a parcel shop is free. Delivery to a parcel shop is based on your specified delivery address, after which the order is sent to the nearest parcel shop for collection.
- Delivery to the EU
Delivery is made to a private address for 75 DKK, equivalent to 10.95 EUR.
Invoice
An invoice is not included when shipping goods. Sustainability is part of our concept, and that is why we save on paper. You will therefore only receive an invoice via email or SMS.
Returning purchases
At Grade A Copenhagen, customers have a 14-day right of return from the day of receipt.
The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, and must be returned with any original label with the item number and in any original packaging.
Returns in our store (Copenhagen)
You can return it physically in our store at HC Ørsteds Vej 22D, 1879 Frederiksberg. Remember to have your receipt ready.
Return via shipping
Grade A Copenhagen charges a fee to cover shipping and handling costs in connection with returns. The fee is automatically deducted from the amount you receive back in connection with returns. See our terms and conditions for more information.
- Return fee, Denmark: 49 kr.
- Return fee, other EU countries: 75 DKK (equivalent to 10.95 euros)
To return your purchase, do the following:
- Log in to your account at Grade A Copenhagen
- Enter your email, then you will be sent a one-time code by email that you use to log in.
- Select the order from which you wish to make a return.
- Select the return reason and submit the return request. You will finally receive a confirmation by email.
- Once we have processed your return, you will receive a QR code that you must present at your nearest GLS parcel shop when you return the package. Once you have sent the package from the GLS parcel shop, we will take over and complete the return.
- It may take up to 10 business days to process returns.
- After processing, you will receive an email with a return receipt and the return amount will be paid out.
- The refund takes between 2-10 business days depending on the payment method and bank.
- Note: Grade A Copenhagen reserves the right to wait with the refund until the returned goods have been received or there is documentation that a return has been shipped and is on its way back.
Complaint
Grade A Copenhagen only sells used goods and therefore does not accept complaints that are due to normal wear and tear, which can therefore be expected for a used item. As a buyer at Grade A Copenhagen, you therefore agree that the clothes you buy are used and can therefore expect a certain amount of wear and tear. If you experience major defects or deficiencies in a product, you have 24 months to notify Grade A Copenhagen of this.
