Never leave the door without a blazer
"I almost never leave the door without a blazer. And that's regardless of whether I'm wearing chinos, jeans or suit pants - and I can also throw on a turtleneck underneath. I just feel comfortable with a blazer on. That's when I'm myself."

Secondhand has several advantages
"A few years ago I discovered that men could also shop secondhand. In addition to the obvious advantage of a lower carbon footprint, there is also really good quality to be found for relatively cheap money. And then there is just something about unique pieces that have a history and that may not even be produced anymore. It adds a little extra personality to my outfit. When I'm looking for new things for my wardrobe, I've actually started to start my search by looking in the direction of secondhand."

I already wore a tie as a child
"My interest in clothes and style really took off in high school, where I wasn't exactly the prototype for the sports line I was in. But maybe the interest started even earlier. In several childhood photos, I've at least noticed that I appear wearing a tie. Since then, I've been greatly inspired by various style icons and through that I've found my own personal style."
